Relationship Counselling
We work with folks in all kinds of relationships: because not all important relationships are romantic. We support clients navigating challenges with parents, friends, roommates, co‑workers, siblings, business partners, or chosen family. These sessions offer a space to clarify roles, repair trust, and strengthen communication, with attention to power dynamics, identity, and the broader systems shaping how we relate.

EMDR helps you reprocess memories and experiences that continue to feel “stuck,” so they can lose some of their emotional intensity and become easier to hold. We take time to build resources and a sense of safety before moving into deeper processing, working at a pace that feels manageable for you. EMDR can support healing from trauma, distressing experiences, and patterns that continue to affect how you feel, respond, or relate in the present.

Clinical Supervision
I offer relational, trauma-informed clinical supervision for practicum students, pre-licensed clinicians, and registered counsellors. This is a collaborative space to reflect, strengthen your skills, explore challenges, and develop greater confidence. Together, we can make room for curiosity, uncertainty, and growth while attending to ethics, identity, power, and the broader systems that shape both therapeutic relationships and our work as counsellors.

Sliding Scale
We believe cost shouldn't be the only barrier to accessing counselling.

Our sliding scale reflects our commitment to making therapy more accessible while recognizing that people have different financial realities. If you're in a position to pay the standard fee, you're also helping us make reduced-fee counselling available to others.
