Clinical Supervision
Offered by Carolina Rojas, RCC, ACS Candidate
A reflective space to deepen your clinical work.

Supervision is a space to think, to question, to slow down, and to grow into your clinical voice. I offer relational, trauma-informed supervision for emerging and established counsellors across British Columbia.

Who This Is For
Supervision may be a good fit if you are:
-
A practicum student or pre-licensed clinician
-
Working toward registration hours
-
An early-career counsellor building confidence
-
An experienced therapist seeking reflective space
-
Navigating complex cases or ethical questions
-
Wanting to deepen your trauma-informed or anti-oppressive practice
You do not need to have everything figured out before seeking supervision.

My Approach
My supervision is grounded in:
-
Trauma-informed practice
-
Anti-oppressive and decolonial frameworks
-
Relational and attachment-informed work
-
ACT-informed and integrative approaches
-
Ethical reflection and accountability
We explore not only what is happening in the client’s story — but what is happening in you as the clinician.
Supervision includes:
-
Case consultation
-
Ethical and boundary reflection
-
Power and positionality awareness
-
Nervous system awareness in clinical work
-
Development of clinical confidence
-
Integration of theory into practice
This is a space where curiosity is welcomed and mistakes are examined with care, not shame.

What to Expect
Supervision sessions are available virtually across British Columbia.
You can expect:
-
Thoughtful dialogue
-
Honest but supportive feedback
-
Structured case exploration
-
Attention to cultural and systemic context

Space to reflect on your own emotional responses
My goal is to support you in developing steadiness, clarity, and integrity in your work.

If you are unsure which format fits your needs, we can discuss this during a consultation.
