Clinical Supervision & Consultation Offered by Carolina Rojas, RCC, ACS Candidate

Supervision is more than ticking boxes — it’s a space to slow down, reflect, and grow as a therapist. Carolina offers supervision for practicum students and practicing counsellors who want to deepen their work in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Carolina's approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in feminist and anti-oppressive practice. Together, you’ll explore clinical questions, professional identity, and the real challenges of holding space for others — all while making room for your own voice and wellbeing. Reach out to Carolina to learn more and book a consult.

Groups & Workshops

We offer immersive, relational workshops designed to create space for learning, connection, and meaningful change — all through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens.

Healing can feel lonely — but it doesn’t have to be. Our groups and workshops are spaces where people come together to share stories, learn new tools, and find connection in community.
We believe that something powerful happens when we gather: the weight of our struggles feels lighter, our voices find resonance, and our hope feels a little more possible. In our groups you don’t need to show up with polished words or perfect answers. You just need to come as you are — carrying your grief, your questions, your courage, and your desire for change.
Our workshops offer guided practices, conversations, and reflections that invite you to explore new ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether you’re moving through grief, working on communication, or seeking a deeper sense of belonging, there’s a place for you here.

Building Bridges: Communication in Biracial & Bicultural Relationships

This workshop is for couples navigating the beauty and complexity of differences — across culture, race, language, or migration histories. We’ll explore how power, identity, and communication intersect in intimate relationships, offering tools to support mutual understanding and emotional safety. Whether you’ve been together for years or are just starting out, this space invites you to deepen your connection while honouring where you both come from

From Policy to Practice: Cultivating Inclusive, Emotionally Healthy Workplaces

This training is designed for teams, leaders, and organizations who want to move beyond buzzwords and build work cultures that are truly inclusive and trauma-informed. We’ll unpack how systemic oppression shows up in workspaces, and share practical strategies to support psychological safety, cultural humility, and collective care. Rooted in anti-oppressive and relational approaches, this workshop invites reflection, accountability, and real-world application.

Navigating Conflict with Care: For Couples & Families

Conflict is inevitable — disconnection doesn’t have to be. This workshop supports couples and families in understanding conflict as an opportunity for growth, not just rupture. We offer frameworks to unpack reactivity, name needs, and build more compassionate communication — all within your cultural and relational context. Expect a mix of guided exercises, reflection, and real-talk tools you can take home.

Grief & Loss Support Group

Because grief shouldn’t be carried alone.
When we lose someone or something important, the world can feel unfamiliar. Grief shows up in so many ways — sadness, anger, numbness, confusion, even moments of relief. There’s no “right” way to grieve, and no timeline that makes sense for everyone.

This group is a space to sit with others who get it — who know the ache of missing someone, or the strangeness of living in a world that’s shifted. Together, we’ll share stories, honour memories, and find new ways of carrying loss that don’t feel so isolating.
